Οι Point Supreme Αρχιτέκτονες ιδρύθηκαν στο Ρότερνταμ το 2007. Το γραφείο παράγει σχέδια και μελέτες στους τομείς της αρχιτεκτονικής, πολεοδομίας, σχεδιασμού τοπίου και γραφιστικής.
‘Εχουν εργαστεί μεταξύ άλλων για τα γραφεία ΟΜΑ-Rem Koolhaas, MVRDV και Maxwan στο Ρότερνταμ, Jun Aoki στο Τόκιο, Yushi Uehara και Altoon and Porter στο ‘Αμστερνταμ, Anamorphosis και Χρήστος Παπούλιας στην Αθήνα, Farjadi Farjadi στο Λονδίνο, 51N4E στις Βρυξέλες. Έχουν μεγάλη εμπειρία σε μελέτες που αφορούν όλες τις κλίμακες και κτηριολογικά προγράματτα.
Έχουν λάβει συμμετοχή σε διάφορους διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς, εργαστήρια, εκθέσεις και δημοσιεύσεις.
Πραγματοποιημένες δουλειές και έργα σε εξέλιξη περιλαμβάνουν μαγαζιά, εσωτερικούς χώρους και κτίρια στην Ελλάδα και την Ιταλία, ενώ πρόσφατα κερδίσαν το πρώτο βραβείο στον Πανευρωπαικό διαγωνισμό EUROPAN 10 στη Νορβηγία. Η μεγαλύτερή τους φιλοδοξία είναι να δράσουν για την μελλοντική εξέλιξη της Αθήνας και των Ελληνικών πόλεων.
Point Supreme
Point Supreme Architects was founded in Rotterdam in 2007 by Konstantinos Pantazis and Marianna Rentzou and is now based in Athens.
In 2009 they were joined by Beth Hughes.Their work integrates research, architecture, urbanism, landscape and graphic design.
Partners
Konstantinos Pantazis studied architecture at the National Technical University Athens (2002), and did a Master of Excellence in Architecture at The Berlage Institute Rotterdam (2002-2005). He has worked for a variety of offices inAthens and abroad including: MVRDV in Rotterdam (2007-08), Altoon and Porter in Amsterdam (2006), 51N4E inBrussels (2005), Farjadi Farjadi in London (2004), OΜΑ-Rem Koolhaas in Rotterdam (2003-04), Yushi Uehara inAmsterdam (2003) and Jun Aoki in Tokyo (2002), He currently teaches at Patras University.
Marianna Rentzou studied architecture at the National Technical University Athens (2002), and did a Master of Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture in London (2003-2004) followed by further studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven with Droog Designers . Following working in Athens she worked for MVRDV in Rotterdam (2005-2006) and OMA - Rem Koolhaas in Rotterdam (2005, & 2007-2008). At OMA she worked on a diverse range of large scale projects in the Middle East and led the Dubai Creek theatre and ‘Dubai Next’ in Basel.
Beth Hughes studied architecture at the University of Technology Sydney (2002) where she graduated with first class honours and later became a teacher. In 2005 she joined OMA-Rem Koolhaas where she was an associate for four years and led a variety of projects in London, Latvia and the Middle East such as the Commonwealth institute and ‘White City’ masterplan in London, Riga Contemporary Art Museum and RAK Gateway City. Prior to moving abroad she worked for over 8 years in Australia where she led a variety of projects including the City of Sydney Public Library.
